It’s called Pup Culture Rescue, and basically … Victoria and co. are there to educate people on the process of becoming a dog parent and why shelters should be the first place to look for a furry friend.

It looks like VS and the rest of the people working for Pup Culture Rescue have been very busy during the pandemic – when people were adopting dogs like crazy while they were stuck at home … but she says a lot of owners are now dismissing dogs at these same shelters.
That’s pretty bad, from Victoria’s point of view … as she notes, adopting a dog isn’t just a hobby or fad you adopt for a while – it should be seen as a lifelong commitment. .
