Worcestershire’s top mutts invited to RSPCA dog show

RSPCA Worcester and Mid-Worcestershire will hold their highly anticipated dog show this Sunday at the Holdings Animal Rescue and Rehoming Center in Kempsey.

The show will begin at 10:30 a.m., with judging beginning at 11 a.m.

The show will feature 12 classes including Best Puppy, Best Veteran, Waggiest Tail and Best Mixed Breed.

Winning dogs will receive rosettes and treat bags, which were provided by Fish 4 Dogs.

The Best in Show winner will also receive a Perfect Fit harness that will be adjusted and tailored to the dog’s specifications down to color.

Nigel Wood Photographs will be on hand to take a studio portrait of the pooches for their owners, while cat and dog themed items from Ginger Cat Crafts will be available.

The Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will be present at the show throughout the day, and there will also be a rabbit care information stand.

There will also be a raffle and flea markets on sale, with refreshments available throughout the day.

All funds raised on the day will be used by the RSPCA to help fund animal care and animal welfare work in the community.

Entrance to the dog show is same day and it will cost you £2 per class to register your pet. Parking on the grounds will cost £1.
